Chai Masala with apples
The preparation of a cup of Chai:
Ingredients:
- a Chai Masala tea bag
- a cup of boiling water
- ¼ cup apple concentrate
- A stick of cinnamon
- sugar or honey according to taste
Preparation:
- Place the Wissotzky Chai Masala tea bag in the cup of boiling water.
- Add the apple concentrate (dilute it in the water).
- Sweeten according to taste.
- Serve with the stick of cinnamon.
It is possible to serve the tea hot or cold.
