A Celebration Of Tea

Hot Chocolate with the Fragrance
of Chai Masala

Ingredients:
  • 2 Wissotzky Chai Masala tea bags
  • 2 liters of milk
  • 250 ml. mineral water
  • 200 grams of light brown sugar
  • 250 grams bitter chocolate 70% finely chopped
  • 250 grams milk chocolate 36% chopped
Preparation:
  • Heat the water, milk and tea bags without bringing to the boil.
  • Remove the tea bags and squeeze them gently to add to the drink.
  • Add the sugar and bring to the boil.
  • Add the two types of chocolate, switch off the fire and mix well until the liquid is smooth.
  • Strain and serve immediately or cool and later heat gently before serving in a pot or in the micro-oven.
