Iced Tea Cocktail with Fruit

Ingredients for 10 glasses (about 2½ liters):
  • 6 glasses of “Tea on the Rocks”
  • 2 glasses of fruit nectar or of concentrated fruit
    juice that has been diluted in water.
  • Sugar according to taste.
  • 2 glasses of fruit salad cut into small cubes
    (fresh or conserved) grapes, apples, bananas, melon, pineapple etc.
  • The juice of one lemon.
  • A glass of sparkling lemon-lime juice (Fantasia wine can be used)
  • Ice cubes.
Preparation:
  • Mix the fruit, tea on the rocks, sugar and fruit nectar in a large pitcher or bowl and cool in the refrigerator.
  • Just before serving add the sparkling drink and the ice cubes.
  • Stir well and serve immediately.
