Smoked Salmon Tart with Earl Grey

Recipe for 6-8 helpings.
Prepare in a heat resistant glass
or earthenware cooking dish.
Ingredients:
  • 400 grams of smoked salmon sliced thin.
  • 250 grams of sour cream.
Vegetable filling:
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 2 red onions diced thin
  • 400 grams of washed spinach leaves
  • 1 small bunch of dill plant chopped up.
  • 1 small bunch of chives plant chopped fine.
  • Salt and white pepper.
Preparation:
  • Fry the vegetables in a hot pan over a small flame in the order they appear in the ingredient list without scorching them or giving them color.

Ingredients:
