Smoked Salmon Tart with Earl Grey
Recipe for 6-8 helpings. Prepare in a heat resistant glass or earthenware cooking dish.
Ingredients:
- 400 grams of smoked salmon sliced thin.
- 250 grams of sour cream.
Vegetable filling:
- 20 grams of butter
- 2 red onions diced thin
- 400 grams of washed spinach leaves
- 1 small bunch of dill plant chopped up.
- 1 small bunch of chives plant chopped fine.
- Salt and white pepper.
Preparation:
- Fry the vegetables in a hot pan over a small flame in the order they appear in the ingredient list without scorching them or giving them color.
- Strain to remove the excess liquid.
Salty Early Grey Caramel
Ingredients:
- The contents of 1 Wissotzky Earl Grey tea bag.
- 1 grated lemon.
- 100 grams of cold butter cut into cubes.
- 60 grams of Parmesan cheese grated thin.
- 80 grams of sifted flour.

Preparation:
